Safety is our top priority. If the captain determines that weather conditions are not safe for sailing, the excursion will be rescheduled to the next available date at no additional cost. The decision is made exclusively by the captain based on sea conditions, wind, and weather forecast. No refunds are issued for cancellations; only rescheduling is offered when the captain determines it is not safe to sail.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

No cancellations or refunds are permitted. Once the booking is confirmed, payment is non-refundable. The only exception is when the captain determines that weather conditions are not safe for sailing, in which case the excursion will be rescheduled to the next available date at no additional cost. No refunds are issued under any other circumstances. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations for personal reasons.
