These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.azulcatamaran.com, as well as the booking of catamaran experience services offered by Azul Ventures 2022 SL (hereinafter, "Azul Catamaran").

2. Purpose

Azul Catamaran offers catamaran sailing experiences in the waters of Mallorca, including day trips, sunset cruises, and private charters. These terms govern the booking and provision of such services.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through our website, by telephone, or by email. A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the experience date. All prices include VAT.

4. Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or refunds are permitted once the booking is confirmed. All bookings are final and non-transferable. In case of adverse weather conditions, if the captain determines it is not safe to sail, a free date change will be offered.

5. Services Included

All experiences include: access to the catamaran with professional crew, open bar with premium beverages, gourmet catering service, snorkelling equipment, water slides, and professional sound system. DJ service is available as an optional add-on at additional cost.

6. Capacity and Safety

The catamaran has a maximum capacity of 98 passengers. All passengers must comply with safety instructions provided by the crew. Azul Catamaran reserves the right to deny boarding to any person deemed a safety risk.

7. Weather Conditions

Experiences are subject to favourable weather conditions. In the event of adverse conditions, if the captain determines it is not safe to sail, Azul Catamaran will offer a free date change. The captain’s decision is final and binding on all matters of maritime safety. No refunds will be issued for weather conditions; only rescheduling will be offered.

8. Liability

Azul Catamaran holds all mandatory insurance for passenger navigation. We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the experience. Passengers participate in water activities at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Azul Ventures 2022 SL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.
